Cut to length controller, is a microcontroller-based compact unit employing latest, microcontroller devices, designed for working in industrial shopfloor environment. Cut-to-length accepts input from proximity/rotary encoder/linear scale or any other transducer. The display resolution can be set as required and the units can be directly in terms of mm, inch, metre, or as required. The unit comes with 2 outputs-standard first output energised to give signal of approach value to reduce the speed of the indexing unit. Second output is the actual value to be cut. More outputs cal also be provided as per requirements. Device is suitable for cutting cable, pipe, paper, wire, etc.
